Blood Blister
A blood blister forms when blood vessels under the skin's surface rupture, trapping blood. It's typically caused by pinching or blunt trauma. Clean and protect the area to prevent infection. Blood blisters usually heal on their own within a few weeks. Consult a doctor if a blood blister becomes painful or infected.
