Discoid eczema, also known as nummular dermatitis, is a chronic skin condition characterised by coin-shaped patches of itchy, inflamed skin. Most common on the arms and legs, it often affects adults and can be triggered by dry skin, infections, or injuries. Treatment includes moisturisers and topical corticosteroids.
