Laing Distal Myopathy
Laing distal myopathy is a genetic muscle disorder primarily affecting lower limb muscles. Symptoms often appear in childhood or adolescence, leading to progressive muscle weakness and difficulty with mobility. The condition results from mutations in the MYH7 gene.
