Plagiocephaly and Brachycephaly
Plagiocephaly and brachycephaly are cranial deformities in infants. Plagiocephaly is characterised by asymmetrical head shape, while brachycephaly involves a flattened back of the head. Both conditions result from external pressures on the skull and are often diagnosed in early infancy. Treatment may include repositioning techniques, exercises, or helmet therapy.
