Reyes Syndrome
Reyes syndrome is a rare but serious condition causing swelling in the liver and brain. It predominantly affects children recovering from viral infections like flu or chickenpox. Early symptoms include vomiting, confusion, and lethargy. Immediate medical attention is critical. Avoid aspirin in children to reduce the risk of Reyes syndrome.
