SNRI
Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRI) are antidepressants that treat major depressive disorder, anxiety, and certain chronic pain conditions. SNRI medicines, like venlafaxine and duloxetine, work by increasing the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, improving mood and pain relief. SNRI medications are generally well-tolerated but may have side effects.
