Triple A Syndrome
Triple A syndrome, also known as Allgrove Syndrome, is an autosomal recessive disorder marked by achalasia, Addison's disease, and alacrima. Those with Triple A syndrome often face difficulties in swallowing, hormone production deficiencies, and lack of tears. Genetic mutations in the AAAS gene cause this rare condition.
