Uterus Didelphys
Uterus didelphys is a congenital anomaly where a woman has two separate uterine cavities, each with its own cervix and possibly a double vagina. This condition occurs due to incomplete fusion of the Müllerian ducts during embryonic development. Uterus didelphys may lead to reproductive complications but often goes undiagnosed.
