Basal Cell Carcinoma
Basal cell carcinoma is the most common type of skin cancer, typically caused by prolonged exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation. This carcinoma usually occurs on sun-exposed areas of the skin, such as the face and neck. While BCC rarely metastasise, early treatment of basal cell carcinoma is vital for preventing extensive tissue damage.
