Since graduating I been providing mobile massage treatments for individuals in comfort of their homes and at a number of events including London Marathons , Be: FIT London and Brighton Marathon. Currently I’m working with Enfield Ignatians Rugby Club providing massage therapy support during game fixtures, training and post injury recovery. Plus I’m a soft tissue therapist for Elite Athletes Program at UCL where I work with athletes who represent GB in national and international level.

Georgia Rodgers.webp

Pilates Instructor

Georgia Rodgers

After graduating from Music Theatre in 2015, I found Pilates to be the perfect rehabilitation and support to my dancing. From there Pilates grew into a passion, deciding to complete my Diploma of Professional Pilates in Australia with comprehensive training across all rehab and injury aspects. After my qualification I worked in an allied health clinic, Spine & Sports, for a few years finding a particular interest in all sports rehab, as well as pre & post natal pilates. I have since moved to London for an exciting change and am loving being apart of the Six Physio team!

Prior to moving to London, I worked with several professional and elite amateur sports teams. These include Leicester Tigers academy and first teams, Loughborough Lightning Rugby, Netball, and Cricket first and academy teams, Leicester Riders women’s team and various BUCS and national teams at Loughborough University. Within these teams I worked with short and long term injured players, leading their rehabilitation and return to sport. A number of players I worked with through long-term injury went on to represent England in both Men’s and Women’s rugby teams. Since moving to London, I have worked in a private clinic with clients who have sustained both short and long term injuries, those with chronic pain and female pelvic health clients with pelvic pain, or who are post-pelvic surgery, pre-natal or post-natal. Before my career in healthcare I worked as a swimming teacher and lifeguard.

Karina Murphy.webp

Consultant Physiotherapist, Men's & Women's Health Physio, Pilates Physio

Karina Murphy

Karina started her physio career in the NHS and, after spending 5 years working in musculoskeletal there, decided she needed a bit of adventure and went off travelling. On her return she worked in private practice for a year in Berkshire (in between more travelling), before starting at Six Physio in April 2016. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitating clients towards their goals. Karina is also part of the wonderful women’s health physiotherapy team, treating ante and post-natal women for musculoskeletal conditions and all women for pelvic floor related problems. She gained her APPI Pilates qualification in 2010 (and her ante and post natal APPI qualification in 2014) has been teaching clinical Pilates since- both mat work and machine based.

After graduating I spent 2 years working for the NHS and I also worked pitch-side for Ironsides Rugby Club in South London. I then moved to Connect Health to work as a senior MSK physiotherapist before getting a job at Six Physio. I am a keen runner, cyclist and swimmer and enjoy the challenge of competing in races. When not taking part I still love to be involved by providing event physio.

Emily Norton.webp

Manual Physio, Pilates Physio, Running Specialist

Emily Norton

After qualifying in 2017 I split my time between a private musculoskeletal clinic in Australia and a community based paediatrics role. Here I spent a lot of time learning about Pilates and building on my skills over the next 3 years. I made the move overseas seeking some adventure and interested in trying something new. I worked in a clinic room attached to a gym for about a year before making the move over to Six Physio. I am also a keen runner and cyclist and have done additional training in managing running injuries.

Rosie Haley.webp

Practice Manager

Rosie Haley

After completing my A levels, I spent a year with multiple part time jobs until I had finally saved enough to go travelling. I then took 5 months out to backpack around Australasia and South-east Asia. Following this I worked at an Events Agency before finding this great opportunity as Practice Manager at Six Physio.

Tobina Marx.webp

Consultant Physiotherapist

Tobina Marx

My passion for challenges and sport have taken me across the world with Physio – after completing my Masters in Australia I have spent time with a wide scope of work from ultra endurance cyclists to rugby work, specialist interest groups among pioneering orthopaedic consultants in London, football academies in Sierra Leone and travelled on request to Europe, America’s and Africa with clients on health missions. My passion is working with clients who have had challenging journeys with their injuries or symptoms, who are eager to get an overview of their whole presenting issue looking at all the facets and bringing together the best plan short and long term to truly address the key underlying issues and why they develop. I have led the cycle service at Six Physio for 8 years and am incredibly excited to hold the position of clinical lead: helping develop a brilliant team of physios, optimising excellent physio care within the company but also wider across the whole profession. But there are more projects and adventures still to be had with this awesome career…..

During my time in the NHS I progressed to being a Band 7 Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. This involved clinical management of a wide variety of complex conditions and involving team lead and management duties. I have developed special interests in Hand Therapy and Women’s Health Physiotherapy as well as continue to treat a wide range musculoskeletal conditions. I enjoy helping people return to what they love, including sport. I have a very competitive side and in a previously played field hockey to an high level which has given me a better understanding of elite performance across all sports.

Adam Witty-Merrin

Adam started his professional career working in professional sport with Rugby Union team Exeter Chiefs. Adam spent three seasons in Devon working across the club from academy to senior international players. The highlight of his stay in Devon was being part of the medical team when Exeter won the 2020 double Premiership and European Championships. Adam recently traded the Devon coast for a return to the city he studied in, working in Twickenham before joining Six Physio. I’m a keen sportsman and will never shy away from a challenge.

She feels grateful to have worked for many events in the past including mountain bike races, Comrades Ulta-Marathons, World Transplant games & Underwater Hockey World Champs to name a few. Some of her favourite years were spent doing Rugby, Hockey and Softball pitch side for club and provincial level, which is what made working at the Rugby World Cup 2015 such a highlight (even if it was a volunteer role!) Lindel’s strong musculoskeletal background nurtured her interest in Women’s health physiotherapy. She enjoys working with pre and postnatal Women and those suffering from any pelvic floor concerns. She loves to assist and empower women, helping them achieve their goals and get back to an active lifestyle.
