Ellie Shepherd
Since beginning my career I have specialised in the assessment and treatment of a variety of MSK conditions, in particular of the hand and wrist. I have also focused on achieving my APPI levels 1 & 2 in order to teach Pilates which I love! and have completed a level 4 diploma in Sports Massage.
Clinic Director, Consultant Physiotherapist, TMJ Specialist
Natalia Kaczmarek
I have years of experience working with athletes, including professional football, handball and volleyball players. I helped multiple musical actors quickly go back on stage. For years, I was collaborating with the biggest Cuban salsa dance school in Warsaw to provide ongoing physiotherapy treatments and stabilisation exercises as a supplementary practice for dancing training. I was working in tandem with well-respected neurosurgeons to create both pre- and postoperative treatment plans for patients with spine problems. However, my high-level goal is always to prevent surgery in the first place. My interest in different types of movement problems resulted in completing multiple courses (Maitland Concept, Dry Needling, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Kinesiology Taping and more) to expand the variety of my treatment techniques.
Pregnancy Massage Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist
Renata Juhasz
I trained in holistic treatments, pregnancy, and also as a Level 5 remedial sports and soft tissue therapist with knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries, therapeutic techniques and exercise rehabilitation. I have worked in a variety of settings, and with all age groups, treating both athletes and individuals with sports injuries and chronic conditions, as well as those who suffer from muscular tension or need rejuvenating after a stressful day. Worked in many sport events like London Marathon , ICF Canoe Slalom World Championship as a sport therapist. I have a great passion for massage therapy seeing its immediate effects it can have on an individual.

Working background: I first developed an interest in physiotherapy after sustaining a few injuries during my ballet training. After graduating, naturally I decided to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Prior to joining SIX, I worked in an MSK outpatient clinic treating NHS patients. Practice Manager, Sports Massage Therapist
Khalifa Akudolu
After my retirement as a Gymnast, I wanted to stay closely involved in the sport and fitness industry. Even though Admin currently plays a role in my line of work, from a young age I wanted to expand on my understanding of sports medicine which I did so by obtaining a degree in Sport and exercise Rehabilitation. During my studies at university, I obtained a level 4 qualification in Sports massage and had the great pleasure of volunteering for the London Marathon and Saracens rugby. Years later, I have continued to further my skills and knowledge by working as a sports massage therapist in my previous employment in a clinical based environment. After the 2012 Olympics, I took on the role of a gymnastics coach. I hope to continue to pass on my knowledge and experience to the next generation of gymnasts.
