Six Physio Monument Team
Clinic Director, Consultant Physiotherapist, Men's Health Physio
James Davis
I have worked in private practice since graduating, alongside a stint working in a Hospice, and use my passion for rehab & exercise to help patients back to their best. I have added specialist Men’s Health training to be able to treat a wide range of conditions, in a holistic and empowering environment. I used to compete in Triathlon and swimming to national level, and was known to have a decent single-handed backhand on the tennis court. My other work included providing support to a semi-pro ice hockey team and swimming clubs with a focus on conditioning to reduce injury risk.
Head of MSK Services, Consultant Physiotherapist
Eddie Smith
I have a special interest in the rehabilitation of sports injury and have worked with athletes of all levels from Elite to weekend warrior. My background is in Sports Science having completed a BSc at Dublin City University before undertaking further study in Strength & Conditioning and Msc. Physiotherapy at Southampton University and at Bath University studying a MSc. in Sports Physiotherapy. I have worked primarily in sport within Elite level Gaelic Football and Hurling clubs in my native Dublin and more recently with Southampton Football Club’s academy.
Rehab Physio
Hamish von Bergen
I graduated top of my year with First Class honours from Oxford Brookes University. During which I gained experience working in an elite sport setting with the first team of Oxford United Football Club. I have been working in the private sector ever since graduating and have a special interest in strength and conditioning following a period of seven years working as a personal trainer prior to becoming a Physiotherapist.
Sports Massage Therapist
Agnieszka Czwakiel
As an experienced and advanced Level 5 Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist, I help patients reinvent themselves through improved bodily comfort by offering the highest quality clinical massage. Throughout my career, I’ve gained a wealth of experience working with and supporting professional athletes including footballers, boxers, runners, tennis players, and also elite dancers and performers. Equally, I found a passion for working with individuals from all other walks of life dealing with everyday pains and muscle stresses resulting from the workplace and disadvantageous habitual postures.
Consultant Hand Physiotherapist
Jennifer Parr
I’ve spent a majority of my career working for the NHS where I completed my junior core rotations and moved into a role as a specialist physiotherapist in hand therapy. Here I discovered my love for treating hand conditions including acute trauma, surgical and long term conditions. Hand therapy is a niche area, and generally people don’t know much about it until they have hand injury or hand pain which prevents them doing hobbies, sports and general daily activities. I am a Registered Practitioner with BAPAM, enabling me to assist Performing Arts professionals in getting back to what they do best.
Rehab Physio, Women's Health Physio
Samantha Barlow
Since graduating in 2012 I have worked in New Zealand with many sports teams including elite golfers, and across a wide range of MSK conditions. Since moving to London in 2015 I have completed the APPI Pilates certificate and also gained extensive experience with equipment Pilates over the last 6 years. I have also completed training to be a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and treat pelvic health conditions including pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy, postnatal conditions and perimenopausal problems. I enjoy using pilates to help facilitate recovery in my womens health clientele. I am passionate about empowering my patients overcome any barriers and help them to improve their health and wellbeing.
Manual Physio, Pilates Physio, TMJ Specialist
Lexi Tanase
Lexi grew up in Vancouver Canada and has worked as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2012. Initially, she started at a private clinic but in 2015 she established her own independent practice while attending her undergraduate studies in Health Sciences. During that time, she volunteered at an elderly care home where she helped run the rehabilitation classes as well as other interactive activities such as gardening, games, and music therapy. Lexi also spent her time managing, organizing, handling large amounts of DNA/protein/bacteria samples at Virgin Biotech. In 2021/22 during her MSc Physiotherapy degree, she volunteered doing sports massage for the Wasps women rugby team.
Rehab Physio
Lee Withy
After graduating I have worked predominately in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, gaining experience in post-operative rehabilitation, including ACL repairs, achilles ruptures and shoulder reconstruction, as well as management and rehabilitation of acute and chronic injuries. Alongside my clinic hours I also have worked pitch side for Premier Rugby and Netball teams back home in NZ. I arrived in London after spending 9 months living in Whistler, enjoying all the skiing and hiking that Canada has to offer, followed by 3 months back-packing through Europe over the summer. I am now really excited for my next adventure, at Six Physio!
Senior Practice Manager
George Poole
I finished school in 2017 and signed up to an agency who helped me get an work placement that was perfect for me. I worked in South Kensington for just over a year as a clinic administrator where I developed my passion for organisation and administration. I then started a role as a personal assistant to a CEO for a company in South East London – I was at this role for 2 years and 6 months. I now am a receptionist here at Six Physio and could not be happier.
