Anna Train
Anna has led Pilates classes since 2007. She qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Brunel University London in 2004 and has worked in the NHS since treating a range of acute and chronic conditions. More recently she has worked as a clinical specialist in shoulder and spinal clinics with consultant othopaedic surgeons based in Berkshire. Anna took her additional pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapist and Pilates Institute (APPI). Her training included Pilates for antenatal and postnatal clients. The APPI are world leaders in Pilates training and are heavily research based in there approach. This institute has been involved in delivering modified pilates to The NHS, the British Military, The English National Ballet, The British Bobsleigh Association, The Cirque De Soleil, Premier League football clubs including Manchester United, Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal and Charlton Athletic and many more. Anna’s additional qualification as a Physiotherapist puts her in a perfect position to deliver safe and effective exercise to all of her clients.
