Dr Vikram Murthy

Born at St Thomas’ Hospital, only a stone’s throw from Harley Street, I am a true Londoner. I initially studied at St George’s Hospital Medical School in Tooting and completed my medical training at St. Bart’s and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. I rotated through many different specialties throughout my training and have gained a wealth of knowledge of most specialties. I have a particular interest in Sports Medicine and injuries and also pre-hospital medicine, and have in the past been a medical officer at Lydden Hill and Brands Hatch Motor Racing Circuits. I have previously worked in Emergency Medicine (Accident and Emergency) for almost a year and as a out-of-hours doctor, and I can deal with most medical problems and situations including emergencies as I have completed my Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) programmes. I have a passion for helping all my patients achieve their best health potential. I enjoy being able to help my patients with their healthcare needs and provide continuity of care to my patients by building long-term relationships. As a result I have gained the trust of celebrities, high net wealth individuals, captains of industry, and sports personalities as I always ensure that discretion and confidentiality remains a cornerstone of my private practice. I strive to provide an exceptional level of personalised care for my patients. I have a true passion for medicine and I have built up my skills working both privately and in the NHS for the last 9 years. I still continue to work in the NHS currently as a GP Partner and regularly supervise and train junior doctors in the NHS. I have always had a passion for family medicine and feel privileged to have built up many doctor-patient relationships with patients and their families. I immensely enjoy building partnerships with my patients to enable them to overcome medical issues and pride myself on continuity of care for my patients.

Dr Bhavana Murthy

A highly popular member of the team with a passion for aesthetic medicine. She is able to offer Botox and dermal fillers and keeps up to date with the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic medicine. She too prides herself on continuity of care. She has an artistic eye and together with her in-depth knowledge of medicine is able to offer exceptional aesthetic procedures. Having trained at King’s College, University of London and having rotated through many specialties including Dermatology, she is competent and keen to help her patients achieve all their health and aesthetic needs. As well as being an aesthetic doctor, she is able to deal with all medical emergencies, having completed rotations in Emergency Medicine (A&E).

My commitment to health promotion, research, and education underscores my dedication to the advancement of integrative medicine. As an academic, author, and dedicated researcher, I am at the helm of a ground-breaking study on women’s use of alternative medicine, which is part of the world’s largest women’s health study from Australia. My scholarly work is featured in numerous peer-reviewed medical journals and my expertise has been acknowledged through various leadership roles, such as Vice President of the Ayurvedic Professional Association in the UK, Clinical Lead for Ayurveda at the College of Medicine, and Chief Scientific Officer for Ayurveda in Health Care, UK. I have also recently taken up the mantle as global scientific advisor for Kama Ayurveda, UK. I strongly believe in a targeted approach to health and a link between the Mind and Body. I embrace a collaborative approach of working with my patients in discovering the complete health picture so I can help my patients develop habits for Health and Vitality.
