Before joining the Chandlers Ford team as Branch Manager, Mitchell had had a varied career within the world of Optics. A particular career highlight for him was his involvement in setting up relationships with various local and national charities in support of low-vision patients, as well as completing his diploma in Ophthalmic Dispensing. JOHN LUEDDEKE

John is very passionate about Audiology. He qualified from Aston University in 2018. John started his audiology career working within the NHS along the south coast. He was inspired to work for Leightons because of the excellent care and state-of-the-art technology provided to our patients. In John's spare time he enjoys playing and watching football, he is a keen supporter of Manchester United. He also loves to try his hand at cooking, he can often be found experimenting with different recipes and cocktails in the kitchen.

Emma is a recently qualified Optometrist who is excited to continue building her career with us here at Leightons and her team in Chandlers Ford. NATASHA HALE

Natasha joined Leightons in 2006 as a Trainee Dispensing Optician in Totton, qualifying in 2010. She has worked in many of our branches, including as an Assistant Manager and Manager. Natasha returned to Chandlers Ford following maternity leave and enjoys working in her local community with such a friendly team. Natasha is currently working part-time.

TRISHA LEIGH

Trisha started at Leightons in 2016 in the Southampton branch before going to Winchester to start her training as a dispensing optician. After gaining experience across several Leightons branches over the course of her three years of training, she now works as a fully qualified dispensing optician in Fleet.

Optical Hearing Assistant

HAYLEY CHETRI

Hayley joined Leightons in Winchester in 2002. She later transferred to Eastleigh and has been part of the Chandlers Ford team since 2014. Hayley has completed her Level 3 Diploma in Retail Optics and now assists the Diploma Assessment Team alongside her daily role in the store.

KATHRYN SPAKE

Kathryn joined Leightons in 1992, in this time she has worked with a selection of branches and achieved her Level 2 Diploma. Kathryn loves working for Leightons in Chandlers Ford, where she has been since 2014.

ANNE-MARIE KINCAID (RHAD BSHAA)

Anne-Marie is an extremely experienced hearing care dispenser, having trained with a small independent firm, specialising in fittings & hearing rehabilitation. Anne- Marie then went on to pilot one of the first Private Public Partnership schemes, and then went on to become the Lead Dispenser for the largest & most successful Private Public Partnerships in the country. This involved leading a team to perform diagnostics, Hearing Aid fittings and follow ups for approximately 5000 patients on behalf of the Bournemouth PCT. “Working at Leightons allows me to continue to provide a very high level of hearing care but importantly I have more time to offer an even higher level of service and after care.” “With Leightons I get to work ‘with’ our customers to explore, in great detail, their individual hearing needs and carefully select the most appropriate hearing solutions for their long term benefit.
