PETER HUNT

Peter Hunt FBDO is a Qualified Dispensing Optician who is Practice Manager and Franchisee of the Fareham branch. Peter joined Leightons in 1992, and managed a number of branches within the group before becoming franchisee of Fareham in 2001. Peter is Married with 3 children and enjoys listening to music and socialising. A keen runner Peter recently completed his first Half Marathon as a challenge for his 50th birthday.

CHING SHIN TAN

Shin joined Leightons as a dispensing optician in 2003. She then qualified as an optometrist in 2008 and worked at a number of branches before joining Fareham in 2015. She has a special interest in Low Vision. Shin is married with two daughters and likes walking and playing the piano. She also plays tennis and badminton.

Jody joined Leightons in 1987 and qualified as a dispensing optician in 1991. She has worked in various branches and started part time at Fareham when it first opened in 2001. She is married with three children and enjoys walking and pilates in her spare time.

Sandra joined the team in 2005 as an Optical Assistant. She is a mother and grandmother, and is very much looking forward to the arrival of her second grandchild.

Lisa joined the Leightons Fareham team as an Optical Assistant in 2015. She has 8 years of optical experience and has progressed to a high level, gaining several additional qualifications along the way. Lisa has two children and two grandchildren, and enjoys travelling, gardening and socialising.

ANNE-MARIE KINCAID (RHAD BSHAA)

Anne-Marie is an extremely experienced hearing care dispenser, having trained with a small independent firm, specialising in fittings & hearing rehabilitation. Anne- Marie then went on to pilot one of the first Private Public Partnership schemes, and then went on to become the Lead Dispenser for the largest & most successful Private Public Partnerships in the country. This involved leading a team to perform diagnostics, Hearing Aid fittings and follow ups for approximately 5000 patients on behalf of the Bournemouth PCT. “Working at Leightons allows me to continue to provide a very high level of hearing care but importantly I have more time to offer an even higher level of service and after care.” “With Leightons I get to work ‘with’ our customers to explore, in great detail, their individual hearing needs and carefully select the most appropriate hearing solutions for their long term benefit.
