CHARLOTTE JONES
After graduating from Bristol University in 2009, Charlotte began her career in the NHS, where she worked as both an adult and a paediatric audiologist. She joined Leightons Hearing Care as an Audiologist in 2015, and in 2017 became Professional Services Manager for Leightons Hearing Care. When The Hearing Care Partnership was founded in 2017, Charlotte worked to recruit new Audiologists for the business, train the practice teams, and deliver Audiology clinics within those practices. Charlotte became Head of Audiology in 2021. Her goal is to ensure that the hearing team feel valued and are passionate about the work that they do. She looks forward to continuing to grow the hearing team, attracting people who display the same core values; those who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, who strive to continually develop and grow, and who value being part of our brilliant hearing team. "I am very proud of the hearing business that we have developed and grown. It is exceptionally adaptable, constantly evolving and above all, provides our patients with excellent customer care, whatever their need.
