I am the main sonographer and manager here at Little Miracles I have worked, and continue to work, within the NHS for 21 years. Firstly as a radiographer then specialising in ultrasound 16 years ago. For my 16 years as a sonographer I have worked within busy antenatal clinics performing all types of diagnostic scans at all stages of pregnancy. I have worked within early pregnancy clinics, scanning ladies who are experiencing problems such as pain or bleeding. Working in ante natal clinics for many years means that I am highly experienced in performing dating scans, 20 weeks scans and growth scans. For the last few years before opening Little Miracles I also worked a lot behind the scenes in the ultrasound department, performing image quality audits, protocol writing and working with NHS England to make sure our department was working to a high standard and keeping patients safe. I continue to work within the NHS so I am completely up to date with the most current and relevant practices and information. This is of paramount importance to my work here at Little Miracles, as a potential visitor you can be safe in the knowledge that I, and all our staff are, medically trained and can talk you through all your questions.
