After gaining a degree in Biomedical Science from Sheffield University, Laura went on to study Medicine at The Royal Free Hospital in London. She qualified in 2001 and has been a practising GP since, gaining her MRCGP along with various diplomas such as obstetrics and gynaecology, family planning and sexual health. Laura also enjoys teaching new doctors and has worked at Vaccination UK for over 10 years.

RN, RM, RHV, BSc, AMFTM RCPS (Glas) Clinical & Operations Director for Travel Medicine Denise is an associate member of the Faculty of Travel Medicine, and a freelance lecturer at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow for the Faculty of Travel Medicine. She also lectures at the University of Hertfordshire teaching immunisations, tuberculosis, sexual health and travel medicine. Here at Vaccination UK, Denise oversees all the medical aspects of our travel and sexual health clinics.

Clinical Director for NHS Programmes Having gained a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of South Australia, Amanda worked in acute healthcare, specialising in general medical and emergency care. She has spent the past 14 years specialising in travel health and primary care, gaining extensive experience in childhood and travel immunisations, both within the private sector and the NHS. Amanda oversees Vaccination UK’s NHS contracts and school aged immunisation programmes.
