Lt Col Benjamin C Caesar

Lt Col Caesar has worked as a Consultant in London at both St Mary’s and Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals, before being posted to Brighton by the Army as part of the Major Trauma Centre. He has been fellowship trained in both Upper Limb and Soft Tissue Knee surgery. He has been the SORT-iT Research Fellow into Trauma in Edinburgh where he wrote his doctorate thesis on fracture patterns. He has worked in Kenya on a Trauma Fellowship and undertaken an operational tour to Afghanistan at the Role 3 Hospital in Camp Bastion.

Mr Joideep Phadnis

Mr Joideep Phadnis is a consultant at Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals. His area of expertise is Shoulder & Elbow Surgery and he provides a tertiary level service for all aspects of shoulder and elbow surgery including joint replacement, key hole surgery, sports injuries, trauma and soft tissue conditions such as rotator cuff repairs, biceps problems and shoulder & elbow instability.|

Mr Simon Palmer

Mr Simon Palmer is an orthopaedic consultant, with British & specialist Australian expertise in surgery foot and ankle surgery. He also has world wide recognised experience in trauma and sports injuries. Prior to his current post as a Sussex consultant orthopaedic surgeon in Worthing, Shoreham, Chichester, Goring Hall hospitals and Clinic Nine in Hove, Mr. Palmer worked as a consultant in orthopaedic surgery at the Nuffield Health Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford.

Mr Sebastian Dawson-Bowling

Sebastian Dawson-Bowling specialises in all aspects of lower limb surgery, especially primary and revision hip and knee surgery. In his NHS role as Head of Orthopaedic Services at Barts Health NHS Trust, he is engaged in developing a specialist centre of orthopaedic excellence, also researching the development of accelerated post-surgical patient recovery.

Mr Majid Chowdhry

Mr Majid Chowdhry is a comprehensively trained knee and hip orthopaedic surgeon. His specialist training took place in the South-East Thames region of London and he now works as a knee and hip sports injury, arthroplasty and polytrauma consultant at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust.
