Dr Chris Rennie

Dr Chris Rennie obtained a dual medical and surgical degree from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 2005. He has hospital experience in General Medicine, General Surgery, Burns and Plastic Surgery, ENT and extensive Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgical training. Dr Chris is a full-time Aesthetic Doctor and Clinical Director at Romsey Medical Practice with over 10 years of experience in the field. He is an international trainer for Derma Medical, a Teoxane Faculty Country Expert and he has been published multiple times in Aesthetic Medicine and Plastic Surgery Journals. His passion lies in education and he has a specialist interest in complications management. Dr Chris is the senior clinician and Clinical Director of Romsey Medical Practice. He is fully registered with the General Medical Council and he strictly adheres to their Good Medical Practice Code of Conduct. He is very proud to be a Member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM) who are striving to advance the effective, safe and ethical practice of Aesthetic Medicine.

Emily Rennie

Emily graduated from St Georges University London/Kingston University in 2007 with a BSc(hons) in Adult Nursing. Since qualifying, Emily worked in Emergency Medicine (in various Emergency Departments) for 11 years before qualifying as a Consultant Nurse in Emergency Medicine in 2018. Emily is an Independent Nurse Prescriber. Her clinical practice is recognised and regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Alongside her husband, Dr Chris, Emily is a full-time Aesthetics Nurse and Managing Director for Romsey Medical Practice. She has been working in the field of Aesthetic Medicine for over ten years and is currently working towards her Level 7 Diploma (in Aesthetic Medicine). She has a passion for skincare and is a PH Formula, Obagi and ZO® Medical skincare specialist.

Dr Peter Lee-Robichaud

Dr Lee-Robichaud has been a medical doctor for 13 years. After graduating in Biochemistry with Chemistry at Southampton, he completed a PhD in steroid hormone biosynthesis which led to postdoctoral research. Dr Lee-Robichaud left Southampton to take up a lectureship in Biochemistry at Sheffield University. After 4 years of lecturing, I transitioned into medicine first working at Winchester, Lymington and Southampton General Hospitals. After completing GP training at the Old Nightingale Surgery in Romsey, he spent time as a locum in various Hampshire GP practices before becoming partner in 2014.

Dermatologist - MBChB MRCGP Diploma In Practical Dermatology (DPD)

Dr Heather Lee-Robichaud

Dr Lee-Robichaud has been a doctor for over 15 years, initially training in Sheffield but adds the A&E department in Sheffield, Winchester Hospital, The Community Dermatology Services in Hampshire and her own ‘Dr Pimple Popper’ lumps and bumps clinic called ‘Benign Intervention’ to her list of work places. Heather references enhancing patient’s quality of life as the driving force of her career in medicine. Heather has done some exciting and dramatic stuff but what counts is the positive impact on patients’ well-being, which she says is the true accomplishment. Heather lists walking with her westies and fast cars as her passion outside of the practice. It’s the interest in fast cars that took her to a career in television, working behind the scenes on shows such as Top Gear, film and TV Medic films such as Rush, The Sweeney and Fast and Furious 6. Heather was also a British Touring Car Championship doctor for several years.

Consultant Gynaecologist - MBBS, MRCOG

Dr Nick Brook

Dr Nick Brook is our menopause and hormonal health specialist and fully accredited with the British Menopause Society. The British Menopause Society is the specialist authority for menopause and post reproductive health in the UK. Dr Brook achieved his medical degree at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1993. After this, he trained in London and was admitted as a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2003. Having completed his research under the supervision of Lord Professor Robert Winston at the Hammersmith Hospital, he completed his infertility and general gynaecology training at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital in London under Professor Peter Braude and the team. He was appointed as a consultant gynaecologist at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust in 2006. Dr Brook has both his general obstetrics and gynaecology certification and in addition is a sub-specialist in reproductive medicine and surgery. He is actively involved with research within the fertility department and lectures regularly locally, regionally and nationally. In his spare time, he is the gynaecology advisor to the BBC series Holby City.

Dr Reena Virdi

Dr Reena Virdi graduated from Southampton University in 2011 with her medical degree. She then went to Poole Hospital for foundation training, before returning to Southampton for her GP training. Dr Virdi has been a qualified GP for 7 years. She practiced in her training surgery in Hamble/Bursledon for the first couple of years, before exploring life as a locum GP. This gave her the opportunity to expand her experience whilst working across London, in different communities and social backgrounds, as well as expanding her connections and knowledge of Southampton-based surgeries. Dr Virdi also continued her passion of working in the A&E department in Southampton since her training, and is a now a well-known and valued team member there too. She occasionally takes career breaks to travel the world which she is passionate about, and has volunteered in deprived countries.

Physiotherapist - Clinical Spinal Specialist

Marco Peluso

Marco is a specialist Physiotherapist who started his studies with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science in 2008, before completing his Masters in Physiotherapy in 2012. He has completed 10 years of continued professional development to become an expert in his field. Marco completed his junior rotations across multiple Physiotherapy disciplines at Southampton General Hospital, one of the UK’s leading major trauma centres, before specialising in MSK Physiotherapy. ​ Marco predominantly works as a Clinical Spinal Specialist in the NHS, but he also holds an Advanced Clinical Practice post with one of the worlds leading private health care providers. These roles have exposed him to a vast range of patient complexities which continues to build his expertise. Whilst he was living in the Canadian Pacific Coastal Mountains of BC, he was able to work with professional and Olympic athletes, mainly in winter sports and downhill mountain biking. ​ It is his love for golf that led him to train with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), so that he can combine his expertise with his passion. He currently plays off a handicap of 12.

Hollie D’Arcy

Hollie D’Arcy Qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2008 after graduating from University of Southampton. Since then she has worked in one of the UK’s NHS regional cancer centres for 12 years. Here Hollie gained a wealth of knowledge and skills from her experience of working in different areas of this speciality, including medical Oncology, Haematology/Bone Marrow Transplant and Apheresis. Hollie has always had a very keen interest in medical Aesthetics and completed her foundation Botox and dermal fillers training in 2018. She has been working under the supervision of Dr Chris and Nurse Emily at Romsey Medical Practice since January 2021 and is the newest addition to the RMP team.

Nutritional Therapist

Natasha Hartwell

Natasha is Romsey Medical Practice’s Nutritional Therapist, she’s passionate about helping women feel like their best selves as they experience perimenopause and menopause. Natasha helps her patients return to the days when they wake up after a good night’s sleep, full of energy and excited for the day. Natasha has been on a five-year educational journey to ensure that the advice she provides isn’t based on fads, feelings or a quick Google. Natasha comments, “But don’t worry – I’m also a real person who loves food and the joy of preparing and eating something tasty! And as a mum, I know that this luxury is not always possible! I believe that personalised nutrition can help women feel amazing every day, without sucking all the fun out of life.”

Hannah Gray

Hannah graduated from the University of Southampton in 2007 with BSc in Adult Nursing, then worked within Emergency Medicine for 15 years primarily in University Hospitals Southampton Emergency Department. During her time in the Emergency Department, Hannah undertook additional training to become an Emergency Nurse Practitioner before focusing her carer on the operational side of emergency nursing working her way up to a Senior Sister with responsibilities of being the Nurse in Charge on shift dealing with patient and staff experience, patient flow, nurse staffing and responding to the ever-changing demands of the department. Other responsibilities within her Senior Sister role also included lead nurse for governance and education.
